Index of letters that are included in this sequence; letter in which Arminan asks that half of the excess of his Coronel's salary be added to his salary as governor of Texas which he has carried out since 1813 and as late as July 1815; letter advising that this information be fowarded to the fiscal, tesoreria, and tribunal de Cuenta; letter explaining that his request will be honored only because he carried out both military duties (Coronel) and political ones of gobernador at the same time, increase will be given less the Media Annata related to his title; Beltran asks that junta Superior communicate steps taken in this matter to Arredondo; San Luis Potosi did not have the funds to comply with order to pay Arminan the increase in salary.
