Rest of Series concerns important rules and regulations governing Colonial trade. F. 30 mentions real Orden of 1779 establishing taxes and other rules for exporting gold and silver from America to Spain. F. 33 describes shipment of cacao from Guayaquil to Spain and import Fee levied on said shipment. 1774 decree of commerce of the quatro reynos stated relating to gold and silver from Peru and Guatemala. Taxes on gold and silver reiterated , as well as, need for laws relating to import of soldiers, wine, sugar, and fruit.
