Copies of documents concerning Seris' settlement at Pitic, and military actions against Sibubapas. Letters to Bucareli concerning carbola's petition to give the Seris Indians arable lands, seeds, tools and oxen to be used in farming. Seris are said to be the best civilized Indians around Rio Yaqui. Sibubapas are depicted as being irresponsible, non-religious, uncivilized and violent. Carbola suggests military action against them.
