Concerns resettlement of Seri Indians near the Pitic presidio. Discusses problems related to construction of a cequia -a special place from which it is possible to get water. Seris' petition to move to a settlement other than that of the Pitic. Corbalan emphasizes the Seris must establish next to the Pitic, and they must be given arable lands, and agriculture tools if necessary. Deals with matrimony regulations among Indians (R. Gomez, November 1989).
