Summary
Cuellar requests retirement with right of Fuero militar. Ill health reason for retirement. Cuellar suffers from groin hernia that impedes military career. Calleja notes twenty-four years of Cuellar's military service recommends retirement with right of Fuero militar and use of uniform. F. 99 labeled twice. First F. 99 is list of individuals and arms and vacant posts of compania milicias provinciales of N. Santander. Second F. 99 is part of Cuellar's request for retirement.
