Summary
Concerns payment supposedly owed Jayme Gurza for work done in military Hospital in Texas as surgeon and apothecary, he claims he is owed for work done on both jobs, although he was only payed for being surgeon; his salary of 720 pesos annually in Monclova not enough, but lack of documentation means he cannot receive money; turns out he was lying about amount of time he worked at Former Hospital anyway.
