Summary
A request for a mandamiento of amparo to utilize the labor of the Indians (Tarahumares) in an hacienda de minas. The petitioner asks for the right to make use of the Indians, regardless of the area in which they are located, and requests that other interests in the Vicinity be enjoined to desist from impeding his acquisition of such Indian labor.
