Summary
Nicolas de Aguilar apparently shot Hernandez de Villa Gomez to death on 16 of February before a number of witnesses. The incident is reported by capitan Alonso then referred to capitan Bartolome and is decided in Parral by governor Enrique Davila y Pacheco residing there.
