Diego Martin, 25 year old Mulatto slave, flees harsh treatment of Owner, Domingo de Azuaga, and is jailed. Don Nicolas Diaz de Medina rules that Diego shall be given to Francisco Fernandez de la Vega and will earn 8 pesos a month until payment of Bill to carcel then will return to Domingo. (R.
