A command to the Alcaldes mayores of Parral, minas Nuevas and Santa Barbara that no Indians of those pueblos be allowed to go more than 4 leagues from their Pueblo without special permission from the Alcalde mayor or Misionero. If they do so without permission, they are to be treated as enemy Indians (ie shot). (R. Perez) (1977)
