Summary
Tepeguan Indians from Pueblo of San Pablo accuse rancher Pedro Villalobos of attacking them, whipping them, seizing their horses. Villalobos replies that since he suffers much loss of livestock from Ladrones, he assumed Indians, who didn't have permission to be more than two leagues from their Pueblo, were thieves.
