Summary
Complaint against Juan de Tafoya by Nicolas Ortiz. Ortiz claims that Tafoya 'usurped' certain familiar possessions and removed from Ortiz' house an Apache Indian woman - Ortiz' servant. Tafoya is the Husband of Ortiz' deceased mother-in-law, and Ortiz claims that his wife (Juana Baca) has legal right to the possessions, being executor of will of the deceased (Albacea).
