After enduring severe restrictions on postal dispatches under the duque de Alburquerque (viceroy), the marques de la Penuela seems pleased to announce that under the new viceroy, the duque de Linares, there is now to be in a few days, a caravan and postal delivery from Santa Fee to Ciudad de Mexico.
