Muniz reviews information concerning Apache peace proposals, cautions Tapia not to trust Apaches, lays down 4 major conditions Apaches must accept if peace to be arranged- 1) return of all prisoners; 2) return of all stolen livestock; 3) no communication with Apaches hostile to Spaniards; 4) transfer of any Gileno Apaches accused of stealing livestock, Murdering espanol, mestizo, Castizo, o mulato to Spanish authorities.
