An annual contribution of 4 pesos by each indian family; that indians form their own parishes and pay indian and Spanish religious personnel, lists suggested salaries for various personnel; that they pay 30 Spanish residents (who must be married and will populate area) to serve as defense militia; that a system of community livestock be developed (provides prices of various species); that each indian own land and pay a percentage to the church; and that funds be set aside for the king, for hospitals, and to support livestock raising.
