Summary
Urrea notes that 19 Seri families who Haven't been reduced to Pitic are living near Piatos. Josef Antonio, capitan de la guerra of Seris at Pitic, instructed to bring them back to Pitic. Josef Antonio states Seris went to Cerro de Picu near Piatos to eat pitahaya fruit. Josef Antonio, 15 Seris, detachment of 20 soldiers from Altar ordered to round up these Seris, who aren't thought to be dangerous. Bucareli's (2/9/1774) brief response follows. (T. Sheridan, 1980)
