Alcalde Baez informs the governor about activities done to protect Vallecillos. Vaamonde sends a full report on conflict between Hacendados and government officials from Vallecillos. Summary
Series of testimonies explaining details of what kind of abuses were committed by Alcalde Baez, who forced hacendados to pay, each, one soldier for defense of real de Vallecillos. Hacendados complain that Baez took animals and money from them to benefit himself. Testimonies are taken from people who were affected by abusive behavior from Alcalde Baez. Document explain context of events arguing that all was to protect haciendas and dwellers from Indians who used Vallecillos as a port of entry. (M. Marroquin, August 1989)

Summary
Concerns Series of documents dealing with abuses committed by Alcalde mayor Juan Baez who took away other people's property and money because, allegedly, there was the need to create militias in Vallecillos where Indians came and made problems. Goats are taken from Hacendados. Document explains details of conflict between authorities and local inhabitants of Vallecillos. Alcalde Baez is accused of running illegal businesses and of being promiscuous, I.e. Baez took someone else's woman and lived with her. Document explain what should have been done to save problems, such as not allowing this kind of people to serve the community. (M. Marroquin, August 1989)

Summary
Concerns letters from Cordero Ruiz and Amezua, asking government official to approve refund of money which was given to alcalde baes for military protection of real de Vallecillos. Series of autos and testimonies dealing with prosecution of Amezua and Cordero Ruiz, who are accused of illegal handling of stores and silver mines. Amezua was put in jail and got sick before testifying. Cordero Ruiz escaped from jail. Court reviews Cordero Ruiz and Amezua's claim of having businesses and silver mines. Salaries for mine workers are reviewed by the court. (M. Marroquin, August 1989)

Declarations of the owners of haciendas concerning the behavior of Indians. The Indians are accused of leading and joining Apache Indians in assault actions. In third quaderno, from folio 117 to 125, concerns accusation by Munoz against four Indians, giving the court the Apache and Spanish names of the Chapa (Quesapa) and Cruz (Siententajo). (D. Concerns trial against suspects of attack in a place called Palmitos and a ranch San Ambrocio. Responsibility placed on tribe named carruzos. Military orders are to arrest all Indians they find in the mountains out Side of haciendas and missions. Each Indian arrested is jailed and required to testify before the judge. (D.
