Summary
Several contradictions appear in this document. Ygnacia Josefa Alarcon becomes Maria Josefa Alarcon. It originally appeared that she is Tarahumara. However, she is now said to be Coyota de Culiacan. At one point (235) Martin de Hierro says both are indios. Later (236) Jose Miguel Molina says he is de Calidad espanol. At any Rate, both parties make peace- fray Juan Jose Lozano being the intermediary Juan Miguel Molina and Ignacia (Maria) Josefa Alarcon are given 3,000.00 pesos, to be paid over a period of 3 Months, by Joaquin de Rosas.
