This informe was written by fr. Diego Ximenez to the Senor fiscal, Bucareli asking for help for the missions. He enumerates the thirteen points which were issued as regulations for the soldiers in their duties of assistance in the missions. Four copies of the instructions regarding the establishment of pueblos in the territory of the Yuma nation. The copy of fr. Diego Ximenez has the decree of Galvez giving the administration of the missions in its temporalities to the missionaries of Santa Cruz college. This is a copy of the testimony gathered officially regarding the missions of the Apaches along the Rio San Saba. It was sent by Don Diego de Ortiz Parilla to the virrey, and contains very much information regarding the Apaches and the missions established among them. This copy is a contemporary one, and has the names of all the witnesses who were interviewed concerning the missions. (microfilm catalog)
