Summary
Regarding search for Loera's replacement as capellan de Buque. Madriz, Pou and Romeral request they be considered, but are found unfit or otherwise unsuitable. Virrey requests that provisor de Guadalajara suggest a suitable secular priest. Provisor puts forward Gomez as Loera's replacement. Virrey approves nomination. (J. H. Ochs, July 1988)
