Letters personnel wishing to marry; promotions to alferez, compania de militias under Crespo's command; Bustamante to appear before obispo to answer charges and make restitution; administration of diezmos; establishment of the real academia of San Carlos de Nueba Espana (painting, sculpture, architecture).
