Summary
Joachin de Amesqueta accuses Prospero de Alvarado of meddling in the affairs of the militia. Amesqueta (capitan de la primera compania del Primer escuadron del Cuerpo de dragones) uses the testimony of Soldados and a capitan, who were procesados by the Alcalde, to demonstrate the meddling.
