Summary
Petition by Maria Francisca de Esquibel to Miguel de la Bega, Alcalde mayor of Santa Fe, regarding estate of her Husband who died in El Paso without having written a will. Mmss includes inventory of Husband's belongings and list of creditors and debts. Other family members, Mother and mother-in-law, sent petitions also to Juez receptor.
