Ff. 5-24 concerning contract to build new toluca road (1804), san Agustin de Cuebas road (1805); mentions toll-bridges, income from tolls. Ff.25-29 concerning aqueduct to supply hospital(s) in Mexico City, importing materials, indian workers for construction; mentions monthly support (doesn't say whether federal or municipal) of four pesos to maintain hospital (1800).
