Summary
Conde de San Pedro de Alamos, Husband or Marquesa de San Miguel de Aguayo, desires to move wife's sheep to dry bed of Laguna San Pedro until rains arrive. Unfortunately, 15 man escort from Gallo presidio unsufficient to protect sheepherders, etc. from attacks of rebel Indians. Requests Indian auxiliaries from Rio de Nasas area for additional protection. Discusses grave dangers, hardships caused by Indian attacks in Parras area. (T. Sheridan) (1977)
