Naval administration: Camacho returned from trial run of new fragata Nuestra Senora del Rosario (aka La Princesa), Arteaga's suggestions of improvements that should be made; Goleta Sonora sent to Guaymas as requested by Croix; Capellan Nozedal died, discussion of replacements; memorial of Corchador Torrens and request for increase in salary to be sent; still haven't liquidated salaries of various naval personnel.
