An order concerning Indian pueblos covering the following topics- pueblos in existence more than 10 years must give up the ancient practice (doesn't apply to those Younger than 10 years); that Indians in these pueblos have the same rights as Espanoles; that professional gamblers and venders of liquor are Barred from Indian pueblos; access to adjoining lands is protected; and that all citizens (except the officials) are obligated to work this land. Series of regulations restricting movement of Indians, mestizos, otras castas from place to place on frontier. All such ethnic groups required to secure official permission to journey outside their own pueblos.
