Saenz, Pacheco and Alvarez are sent to peninsula de California as prisoners because they are said to have killed two Indians Apaches in peace. Because a conflict between Mier y Trespalacios and del Hierro an official a statement is made by which dependents of la Renta del Tabaco are declared as having civil privileges (gozan de fuero). A Collar of 145 Apache criminals of all ages and sexes sent from San Carlos to Mexico City--led by Joachin de la o and a troop of 40 men. 81 actually made it to Mexico.
