Villalobos replies that since he suffers much loss of livestock from Ladrones, he assumed Indians, who didn't have permission to be more than two leagues from their Pueblo, were thieves. Gobernador Alday charges Coaguileno Indians of Santa Rosa de Nadadores with rebellion and apostasy, claiming they and their gobernador, Don Pablo- 1) left their mission; 2) incited Cocoyomes to rebellion; 3) Allied themselves with Coaguilenos at Cinco Senores led by Don Pablo's Brother Don Francisco, as well as Cabesas at Parras; 4) committed murders and robberies, including attack on Monclova in 1721. Sarmiento, appointed Juez comisario by Alday, interrogates the Nadadores Coaguilenos, imprisoned in Parral jail. Don Pablo informs him Coaguilenos fled Nadadores because of trouble at Coaguila presidio. Alday recommends Indian prisoners be deported. Pedro Vicorillo leads band of 3 other Conchos on raid of Valerio's hacienda, killing horses, wounding servants. Court sentences Pedro to death, then modifies decision, Lets Juan Leal buy Pedro for 200 pesos to work on Montero for life. (R. Davis) (1976)

Capitan Garcia illegally brings 3 Indians to Parral from New Mexico. Garcia is arrested, jailed and given fine of 100 pesos plus 8 pesos court costs. The 3 indios, already sold, are ordered to be set free. (R. Davis) (1976)

The Concha indio Juan Diego is caught for riding a horse in the streets, and then is accused of being a Spy for the Tobosos. He is sentenced to be tortured but escapes first. (R. Davis) (1977)

Diego and Maria are caught trying to leave the area. Diego confesses that Diego Garcia another indio was also in on the move. To avoid Maria receiving 200 lashes the Diego's are fined 16 pesos plus court costs. (R. Davis) (1977)
