Notification of receipt of extracts of reviews of presidios of California. Request to return certified copy of royal title which king deemed necessary in comandancia general. Notice that it is up to royal officials to decide on substitutes to review lists of presidios of California. Virreynato remits certified copy of letter concerning Carranque's demand for financial support from her Husband Matamoros y Molina; sends salary to surgeon; refers to Bando regarding transport of fruit and seeds from Guadalaxara throughout kingdom; requests that Ugarte y Loyola publish Bando (not present) in provincias. Answer to letter of April 22, 1786 stating Ugarte y Loyola's salary is same as governor of Puebla; twenty copies (not to comandancia. Ugarte y Loyola states intent to continue direct correspondence with royal court and to send copies of correspondence to virrey.
