King suggests exploitation of Mineral wealth in Sonora and Nueva Vizcaya, proposes construction of casa de moneda in region; viability of plan discussed, disadvantage being lack of funds to mine area effectively, advantages including proximity of Casa to mines and key ports. Inventory of objects at time of Jesuit expulsion of properties of the hacienda de Ibarra. Major sections clearly indicated and divided into numbered fardos. Careful description of all items give quantities, varieties, prices and often place of manufacture or procurement. Goods include funds on hand from salaries, furniture, and merchandise in warehouse of hacienda. Principle especially food, Chocolate, cacao, cloth, clothing and sewing supplies, wine, swords and weapons, equestrian tack, blankets, and religious items.
